  Dr. Shahan gave me an order for blood test in Quest Diagnostics... The staff could not understand the filled Quest form. Trying to contact the doctor ‘s nurse from 7:00 AM
  Finally after the conversation between the staff of Quest Diagnostics and the nurse of Dr Shahan I found out that the fault was not by Dr Shahan’s staff but the Quest staff’s confusion of the Code.

  I've been fighting a skin problem on my hand and Dr. Juan Kojima and his staff have been awesome in not only fighting the issue and being clear on the process we're taking, but just also being cool humans in the process.

  After a lifetime of heavy exposure, my skin suffered considerable sun damage. Upon the recommendation of my primary care physician, I became a patient of Dr. Shahan and his PA, Juan Kojima. On one visit last December, Mr. Kojima noticed what I thought was a normal freckle on my forearm. I thought nothing of it. He didn't like it, and biopsied it. Pathology showed a melanoma "in situ," meaning a newer melanoma that was confined to the outer layers of skin. Left alone, it would invade deeper into the skin, and spread - potentially a fatal illness. Mr. Kojima removed it that week, and saved me and my family from a world of hurt. I get a complete check every three months. They watch me like a hawk - a good thing. But I enjoy going because of the friendliness of Dr. Shahan, PA Kojima, and their staff, knowing that they really care about their patients. On a "Five Star Rating," mine is 100!

  I cannot say enough about this doctor. I travel for work heavily. I go to a different city every week. So when I found out I had skin cancer I was super scared and didn't know what to do. I found this doctor on ZocDoc. I cannot think I'm enough for his bedside manners and the work his office performed they were nothing but amazing. I wish I lived in this city to make him my permanent doctor.
