She doesn't speak down to you, she takes the time to answer your questions, she lays out the options, is completely transparent and compassionate when discussing your treatment. I am unimpressed with fancy offices, perky receptionists, phone messaging systems with a dozen options and not one of them with a live person. I crave the service of the old fashioned general practioner where you are a person and not a medical chart and that is why I like Dr. Gertser .

Thank you so much Dr. Gertser for the most fantastic care you have given my now 88 year old mother for these 18 years. I KNOW my Mom would not be here today if it wasn't for your Amazing care. Myself and my Family are so Greatful to you.
