Great people fair honest the best in town.
I have a Saab 9-3 2006. Great car but expensive to maintain, more difficult to find honest repair shop. I finally found it. Swedish AB is very knowledgeable and fair. It is definitely my repair shop. And the owner is a great guy, very honest and trustworthy.
We have used this shop off and on for about 30 years. We are on SAAB number 6 and previously owned a Volvo as well. The service level has improved as Raphael has become more customer-focused than in the past. Prices are reasonable and he give a realistic timeline for completion and sticks to it. In the past few months he was able to take care of urgent needs same day without an appointment. This is not a fancy place with coffee and a flat-screen equipped waiting room.
Rafael, the owner and head mechanic at Swedish Auto, is gregarious and very knowledgeable. I live in San Diego and in las Vegas and his shop is the only shop I've been able to find in either city that is honest and performs high quality work at a reasonable price. He had gone the extra mile for me several times saving me hundreds of dollars! Thank you Rafael
