Monumental results is home to Cris Dobrosielski, a talented athlete, scholar and published authority on physical fitness. His work is steeped in his philosophy which revolves around respect and care for the mind and body. I have personally experienced my own monumental results with Cris' remote care capabilities. I was suffering from a back injury that had robbed of my quality of life. With Cris on the west coast and my home in New York, rehab routines would have to be sent via email. I was hesitant this remote approach would work and considered a therapist out of the local directory. I'm glad I gave it a chance because Cris made ample time for in-depth phone conversations to discuss my rehab and the numerous photo series he created and sent to me to demonstrate the therapies he recommended. Cris checked in on my progress and constantly reminded me to focus on small, attainable goals that he promised would add up to an optimized recovery. This was true. I have never had that level of care and no one has ever made me feel better through their practice. Cris is a true healer and I would recommend Monumental Results to ANYONE looking for a realistic, manageable approach to recovery.

I have known Cris for almost 5 years. He is a professional at all levels. I started training with Cris at Monumental Results shortly after a severe car accident in 2003. I was referred to Cris by my doctor to help overcome the injuries suffered in the accident. Cris helped me get back to my usual health and far exceed my level of fitness. We’ve trained together for almost 14 years and Cris’ knowledge, experience and skill keep me at my maximum health and fitness. When I met Cris I had been limited by low back pain from a nagging drawn out injury 4 years prior and was unhappy with living in pain. He assured me I could improve the quality of life and become pain free. After listening to my history he created strength routines for
Me and adapted them as I improved. I am happy to say, after a lot of consistent hard work, persistence and support I am pain free and although I am no elite athlete I have been able to get back to Masters swimming and running despite the prognosis of others. Cris is easy to work with and will adapt to your needs so that you have a routine that suits you best and a foundation for long term well being.

Cris has been my personal trainer for 20 years. He has truly been the most positive influence in helping shape my physical and emotional life. He is helped me navigate through challenging injuries, showing me that my physical activities don't have to stop because one area of my body can't move the way it should. We work around injuries to bring about a more balanced "me". I'm now 47 years old and am in the best physical shape of my life.
