(November 16, 2019, 1:42 pm)I LOVE it here. This is actually my second time living here as I moved out while my husband was deployed. Move-in was smooth both times and if there were any problems, it was fixed right away. When I moved out, I got my full deposit back other than the cleaning fee that I opted in for. You have easy access to the 15 and the 56. A HUGE plus for me is the food trucks! Food trucks come every so often so we can take a break from cooking dinner for the night and I love it. A huge shoutout to Andrea, the community supervisor. She's so nice and when she came back, she brought back all of the perks that she goes the extra mile to bring to the community. Everyone in the front office and in maintenance have been nothing but pleasant. I couldn't recommend these apartments more - or I wouldn't have moved back in!

(October 10, 2019, 5:08 pm)Eaves Rancho Penasquitos was the perfect apartment for me. My apartment was in great shape, clean, and in a convenient location within the complex. The only negative was the very narrow uncovered parking spot. I wish I could have stayed at Eaves RP longer, especially after moving to another Eaves complex near my work in LA which did not meet my expectations. If I could, I would return to Eaves RP without hesitation.

I am so amazed on how wonderful the staff is at eaves Stacey and Andrea were so helpful in explaining everything and making my husband and I already part of their community. We had other places to look at and we decided that this wonderful place was the winner from the other places we looked at and this was the place where we need to live at. Not only is it close to where my husband is going to work, but the property itself is very inviting and again, the staff is wonderful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
Thanks again to these two wonderful ladies that helped us out in making our relocation much easier for us.
