  When I entered Confidential Recovery I had no idea why I had addictive tendencies, how, or if I would be able to overcome them. Through the personal attention I received from the caring, experienced, therapists, and interactive group sessions, the sources of my addictive behavior were brought to light. The awareness exercises enable me to recognize cravings and allow me to use the skills learned to redirect my thoughts in a healthy direction. I now have a set of tools to approach social and personal situations constructively, which have, and will continue to improve relationships at all levels. The experience has transformed me from feeling like a spectator of my life to being an active participant in it.

  When confidentiality is of utmost importance when considering which Intensive Outpatient Program to attend, this facility's name says it all. They are so private, they even keep their location a challenge to find...even though they are hiding right out in the open in central San Diego. Why the secrecy? Because some people: politicians, media professionals, physicians, law enforcement, and other first responders are often in highly sensitive positions where just the hint that they are receiving help for chemical dependency and related problems could be...hmmm, let me put this well...problematic. Confidential Recovery has a terrific staff who care about their clients and have broad backgrounds in chemical dependency treatment to meet the specialized and nuanced needs of their concentrated clientele.
