  The waves werent going on when I came, still a very relaxed environment, expect sand in the spot too, so watch your shoes, flip flops are def okay very beach casual, the food is very fair, typical fried baskets, and burgers what not it's alright nothing too delicious to be honest drinks have fair prices starting at $9 or so. customer service was great, the view of the ocean is always a plus specially sunset time. There is also bonfire pits surrounded by chairs you can have drinks and food around it just a chill San Diego spot by the beach will def visit again for casual fun times

  The wave pool wasn't working when I went .. So sad .. It would have been nice to cool off ..

  Love going here when I'm in town! Great atmosphere and when the big shots come to town and ride the wave it's a great show!

  They have wave pools that one can "surf". The beginner wave is $15/hour and the more advanced is $40/hour.
  
  If you've ever thought you'd like to try or learn to surf this seems as real as it can get in a controlled environment.
