My oldest son and I had the privilege of staying here a few years ago. Its a very nice home and we had a relaxing trip.
We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Cobblestone Cottage in October 2016. This is a 100+year old restored historic Craftsman home that is in a wonderful old residential district close to everything we enjoy: a quiet place to relax but within walking distance, to friendly and delicious restaurants. We had close proximity to Balboa Park museums and the Globe Theater, and easy access to all of San Diego. Our hostess, Joan, was most cordial and treated us as honored guests. We definitely would recommend this 'Cottage', and we hope to return there again next year.

This wonderfully restored Craftsman bungalow was built in 1914 and has recently been converted to an intimate bed & breakfast. The owner, artist Joan Crone, has tastefully decorated the cottage in furnishings of its era and provides sparkling clean accommodations. Within minutes, you will be made to feel as if you are part of the family. Full breakfast, weekly and monthly rates are available.
