(September 8, 2023, 2:00 pm)I came into this branch today about 11 AM. I was immediately greeted by the front greeter. I waited in line, maybe two minutes if that then I was taken care of by banker Alan, he was absolutely phenomenal. My time spent with him felt very personal as if I’ve known him for ever he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks Alan for being super awesome.- Mrs Williams

Her customer service was beautiful. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I was Closing and opening new account. I really appreciate your accurate time management in waiting for my new card.
