The best and cleanest wireless store I’ve ever walked into. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The experience I got when I came here is why I signed up for T-Mobile almost 8 years ago. They take care of you, they’re efficient, and the store has good vibes ?

I was having issues and trouble communicating with Sprint sales over the phone so I decided to come into this Sprint store get help. I met a man named Mark Allen and he assisted me for the remainder of the time. Mark was so patient in getting me setup with Sprint and applying different promotional offers to our account which included our military discount and getting my husband a new phone/trading in the old one. He handled the process so professionally and was 100% honest with us about every detail. Me and my husband had to download pictures from my husbands phone to his laptop and Mark patiently waited while we did this, we even stayed long enough for Mark to miss his lunch break, but he did not rush us one but. There was even an upset customer who came in the store and I overheard Mark handle the situation totally professionally to ensure the customer got the answers they needed. This man was top notch professional.
