  The parking is horrible. The lines are too narrow to allow a small sized car door to open wide enough for an adult to get out. I watched multiple people squeeze out of their cars. Just because the city says you can stripe a lot with narrow parking stalls doesn't mean you have to. Mostly middle aged people and older come here why make it inconvenient to park and get out of your car.

  It's been awhile since I've been to this location but it's still top notch. Receptionists are patient and friendly. Technicians are knowledgeable and accommodating.
  
  The fact that they take walk-ins and appointments alike makes this extra convenient and more donor friendly than other Blood Donation sites too.
  
  Will be coming back as soon as I'm eligible to.

  Sunday ,September 6,2020, I had a perfect San Diego Blood Bank donor experience.Arriving early , check in was smooth, and in a few minutes I was called to get my vital signs in a cubicle. Moving right along, I stood on a digital scale .Next I was provided a tv program of my choice, after wiping off the headphone earmuffs. The correct remote control was provided , without even having to ask and wait for it. Even Gwen stopped by to say HELLO.On my right, there was a church member friend of mine. I was given a coupon for a pint of Baskin Robbins ice cream , which I promptly redeemed for some daiquiri ice cream, which was outstanding! I was surprised by such a good display of teamwork! Thank you everyone!! You rock!!

  Excellent service, Connie and Justine were very attentive and our blood draw went quick and painless. Staff all around had great attitudes considering the hurdles caused by the pandemic. Highly recommend donating at this Blood Bank!

  What an awesome staff and group of professionals and volunteers. I have always donated in the blood mobile and this experience was pretty cool. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Festive decorations.
