Denise is a huge blessing to help me reach the goal of my highest self!
I have a very stressful profession as a nurse and she has taught me amazing self care strategies to incorporate in my daily life. Denise is an amazing coach. Most of my sessions with her were through the Covid- 19 pandemic and I do grateful for her. She’s helped get down to the nitty gritty of my binge eating which is usually triggered by boredom and depression both of which I experienced during the pandemic. I met Denise through yoga. She has been one of my all-time favorite yoga instructors because I LOVE her energy & beautiful heart. I benefit greatly from yin & restorative types of yoga & it has been easy to connect with her since the very first day I met her. Fast forward to a year & 1/2 later and I had the opportunity to be coached by her. Within the recent weeks, Denise has worked closely with me and helped me create meaningful goals tied to my purpose and she connects weekly with me for accountability, teaching, & encouragement.
