Clean and we'll maintained grounds, staff is professional and curious.

Like the place. Been there for 3 and a half years. Never had an issue with the people that work there. Only had one bad neighbor but they got booted out quick.

My wife and I just toured a 2/2 and for the price they are a fantastic deal. No carpet thought the unit, they have a patio/ balcony with laundry hookups, and a spacious walk in master bedroom closet. They do 11 month leases and Brenda, the property manager, is very responsive. Hope to call it home soon and will update The review once we get settled in.

Maintenance is usually always same day or they get there to fix issues ASAP.

Brenda is the property manager, and she’s the best manager I’ve had since renting in San Diego. Upkeep around the area is great. If you have any issues in the community they are very good at addressing them.

If you put down a security deposit they are very thorough about what they will use it for. This is the first complex to give me more than 50% of my deposit back.

The apartments are nice on the inside, spacious, especially for the price range. Neighbors are friendly.
