After rowing for a few years you start to really become aware of those muscle or mobility issues that start to be a consistent nag. Well Greg gets that as he understands how the heck a rowing movement should indeed occur. Greg has helped me with a super annoying hip issue, providing me with helpful over the phone consults. It is just really nice and helpful to be able to talk about things that other PTs may not get (ie: body over angle).

Your search for a physical therapist is over! Greg’s encyclopedic knowledge will put you on a path to recovery and prevention. Plus, he offers unmatched accessibility and can meet you (just about) anywhere, anytime. And if you row, don’t underestimate the advantage of having a PT who is also a competitive rower: you won’t waste time explaining stroke mechanics to Greg, instead you’ll get right to work on feeling better.

Greg is the BEST of the best. He uses a holistic approach to really solve the problem. I first started seeing Greg back in 2018 for a back issue. Greg was meticulous in his care for me and was able to discover tiny small movements I was doing while running that were causing pain for me in totally unrelated areas. Due to his hard work and attention to detail, I was able to go on and complete my first Ironman PAIN FREE!

In June 2019 I was in a serious cycling accident. We're talking multiple broken bones, days in the hospital, etc. My insurance at the time sent me to another PT. I would at best get 5 minutes with the actual therapist and everything I was told was just "in general" advice. Not only was I not recovering, but I was developing new knee pain and all other kinds of issues!

As soon as I could I switched back to Greg. It's been the best decision I have ever made. Greg has worked so hard on my case. He didn't just fix one issue, rather he continues to evaluate where I am at and what really needs attention. This has helped me not only recover, but start to thrive again in my training! He cares about you as a person, your goals, your future races, even your cats!

For me personally, it's especially important that Greg is also an athlete. He understands not only the physical challenges that come with injures, but the mental ones. He's helped me think about my training differently, how I schedule my workouts and how to take things one step at a time.

If you are looking for a physical therapist that cares about you, that is committed to your recovery and that will continue to research and learn about your specific issue - then look no further! Greg is the best of the best!

So much knowledge!! So much experience! Greg is the first guy I call and go to see when I have any kind of doubt! Actually, I have never met a physio that went harder and longer and better than me on his work outs and expeditions. He is a master and anyone who will see him once will know what I mean.

If you're a rower and find yourself in need of physical therapy, it can be difficult to communicate to your regular DPT what your weekly workout is like, with regard to both muscle groups and intensity. Greg's background makes this easy but more importantly he knows what needs to happen to help get you back in the boat. He was great to work with and gave me the confidence to be in charge of my own recovery. I'd go to him anytime I needed physio support.
