(April 26, 2022, 2:58 pm)Great service. A bit pricey for a cake, but $50 isn't a burden when you're in the market for a birthday cake for a cat. The cake looked wonderful, got the pastel rainbow which was gorgeously colored. I even walked out with a birthday present for my cat, a puzzle toy that she ended up loving. Unfortunately, she only ate a bite but as we all know, the celebration was as much for the owners as it is for the pets. It even came with a lil crown! (Which she promptly tried to destroy after I put it on). 5 star company, I would normally take one star off since my cat didn't find it appetizing, but I really like the lady that runs it! So genuine and friendly.

(January 7, 2021, 3:57 am)Mine and husband’s overall experience with this small business exceeded our expectations to say the least. In a frenzy, we realized he would not be able to celebrate our dog’s birthday the following day so we called Paw Pleasers hoping they had a premade cake available. Danielle walked us through the whole process; she was kind, understanding, and had a good sense of what we wanted in such a short amount of time. Truly the best customer service I had ever experienced (especially as someone who worked in similar jobs). Our dog loved the cake—I would give them more than five stars if I could!
(November 25, 2020, 11:24 am)The scent of fresh baking when you walk in! If I didn't know better, I'd think it was a human bakery. Lovely customer service. Unique pet gifts. And the cakes are treats are amazing. Our dogs loved it!
