I loved it! As a beginner Gina really helped me understand every position and stretch.

Gina is an outstanding massage therapist and pilates instructor who takes her time with her clients, thoroughly focusing on each person's individual goals and specific needs. Her services are excellent (I've never had better massage work), and the OM Spot is clean, updated with high-end equipment, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment, and Gina. Gina is a great Pilates and Yoga trainer. I’ve been seeing her for private lessons for over 6 years now. She is extremely patient and is very knowledgeable with all the equipment in her studio. I don’t train anywhere else, she’s that good! She even trains Acro-Yoga, although I have not tried this yet.
