The Movement Warehouse

LOVE LOVE this gym! I’ve tried out a few gyms in San Diego and this is by far my favorite. The trainers know their stuff and will help you with form while also pushing you throughout the workout. Also being in sunny San Diego, they have the majority of the gym outside on a grass turf. You won’t find anything else like this San Diego, 10/10 recommend!!

Movement is an awesome gym and community to be a part of! The trainers are attentive, motivating and overall awesome. There has never been a class I have left and not felt good - highly recommend to anyone looking to try out a new gym!

I think one of the biggest failures of gyms/classes/workouts is the connection you develop with the establishment. I've been to many different styles and formats of exercise and not many compare to what Michael and his team have built here at the Movement Warehouse.

One of the biggest thing I've been looking forward for has been the sense of community while working out. You can argue that other places like F45, Orange-theory, Crossfit or any other gym has this, but I would challenge that sentiment when comparing to the Movement Warehouse. The moment you walk into the facility you are welcomed and greeted like a regular by Michael and the coaches. This is so important in the journey of reaching your fitness goals. Familiarity breeds comfort. Comfort breeds consistency. Consistency breeds results. I've lost 20 lbs since joining there in a time period of 6 months.

The programs are challenging, but satisfying and each completed day is greater sense of fulfillment. I go to the Movement Warehouse because of the people involved and the members who attend. Everyone who steps through that door shows a true passion to betterment - physically and mentally.

I cannot say enough good things about The Movement Warehouse! Oddly enough, I initially came to MVMT Warehouse for a comedy show (side note, they host all kinds of awesome events in the outdoor area) and was intrigued by the setup. I was looking for a new gym closer to home and liked the group class model to keep me motivated. I got that and more!

Mike, the owner, has poured his heart and soul into this gym. The programming is top notch and they’ve developed a sense of community that is hard to come by. Members are excited to be there and they often hang out even after the workout is over. All of the trainers are great and put their own twist into the daily workouts to keep you motivated and striving for your best. I could go own forever with the compliments but you’re better off experiencing it for yourself!

The Movement Warehouse is a phenomenal outdoor workout facility that not only makes you feel safe during COVID but also has created a great community. All the coaches there are highly trained and design the best workouts possible. They are all very knowledgeable about the body and are able to tailor the workouts to your specific needs. They do a great job of creating a myriad of different exercises so you never get bored with the workouts! I highly recommend this place!! They’re amazing!!
