  Dr. Mayo is excellent and well knowledgeable. She caters and serves each individual to their needs and goals. I enjoy how personable and thorough she is. She explains what she is doing and provides you with resources to continue at home.

  I finally found a chiropractor that is able to help with neck and back flare-up’s as well as able to help heal my body through consistent adjustments. My migraines and tension headaches have gone away thanks to Dr. Mayo. I’ve experienced decreased pain in my body and will continue on my journey of health with Mayo Chiropractic!

  I have been seeing Emily for adjustments for a couple of years. When I got pregnant I started seeing her at least once a week. I planned a totally natural birth and so I wanted to keep my body well aligned throughout the pregnancy to avoid any requirement for intervention later on. I was really comfortable getting treatment from Emily when pregnant because she is so gentle with her adjustments while still being really affective. Getting regular adjustments through pregnancy helped me feel as comfortable as possible in those later months and i believe that her treatments contributed in a big way to my peaceful and natural labor. After my baby girl was born I brought her to see Emily for an adjustment a few days later. She is great with her, she is really really gentle and the little one was so much happier after seeing her. The whole family have continued to get weekly adjustments since the birth and it is keeping us all comfortable, calm and happy! Thank you Emily

  Love, love, LOVE Emily and her incredible approach. I've been seeing her for a year and a half now - and can't imagine life without her. Her gentle but extremely effective approach combined with her multi-discipline knowledge of holistic health is amazing. I sought out her assistance with far more than skeletal issues - she's helped me heal and strengthen my core foundational health at the same time. She's also helped rehabilitate and old injury, reduce my pain - and even stop my headaches! I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to deal with short term issues like pain and also longer term, anyone looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.

  We drive 45 minutes for this service. Our highly trusted Body Work Practitioner, that we have been working with for 10 years recommended Emily Mayo - said she is the only Chiropractor that she refers her clients to. Our family goes for weekly visits (has been about 9 months now). I am particularly impressed with how she helped our infant (now 15 months old) - I can't say enough about how much we have benefited. My toddlers actually look forward to going to see Dr. Emily - I am sure the toys have much to do with that, but they clearly love her too
