  My wife and I came here a year ago and they had great Service and even saved me money from my online booking. We had a great experience and are very impressed with Enterprise. My Wife and and both agreed that the people in lines with other companies didn't look happy. You get what you pay for and for the little extra money we will only rent from enterprise. Thank you!

  The new rental car center in San Diego is great. Last time I was in the area was 6 years ago and I remember it being rather sketchy and confusing getting to the Enterprise location. Now you just take one shuttle to a large common building that is nice and new. The lady behind the counter made quick work of my check-in and I was on my way to my car. The whole process from the rental center onto the 5 was very easy and much less stressful from the last time I was there.

  Great service start to finish. When I dropped off the car the representative noticed that I had only used about a quarter of the tank even though I had prepaid for gas. He suggested I switch to the charge for refueling as it would reduce the price. It did by $35. This is an example of the the type of service that always brings me back to Enterprise.

  Fast and efficient!! After arriving about mid day on a Saturday, only had a 1 minute wait to board the shuttle. We were serviced within 3 minutes of arriving and were off the lot within another 5. Returning was quick and easy. In less than 10 minutes, we were already on our way back to the airport on the shuttle. The entire process is done in the parking structure so on the rare occasion there's rain in sunny San Diego, it's not a problem. This was one of the best rental experiences I've had.

  This airport location has shown me amazing service for over 5 years. I just love how they train their staff, have to say the team here offers consistently first class service. Nadine was super patient and understanding in helping me select just the right car on 2-1-2019. Blair was equally pleasant when returning the car. I was able to rent a gorgeous red Charger in perfect condition. Airport staff consistently treat me as a loyal customer. Excellent overall process and terrific way to start my day.
