  Harbor island park is a great spot super close to downtown where you can still experience the water and its actually pretty quiet and peaceful.

  One of the most breath taking views to be found in all of San Diego. Beautiful Pacific Ocean spot.

  Beautiful place in San Diego, good place for an evening walk to watch the sunset and see the city light up. restrooms on site are usually clean.

  Peaceful setting, with public parking. City and bay views, I love cycling here in the morning, with zero traffic.
