(July 15, 2019, 6:25 pm)Several months ago, I had a back and hip problem and I was referred to Dina Chalom.
I've gone for physical therapy for years with temporary relief, but ever since Dina showed me some exercises specific to my problem, I am feeling a lot better. I do play a lot of tennis and make sure I do what she has taught me. Dina showed me some exercises that I had never done before and they have been great.
I had only four visits and have not needed any since.
