  I absolutely love working out at EWB! It's a friendly, encouraging small group environment which motivates me to push myself. Nicole is an amazing trainer/cheerleader. In 2+ years of going to EWB, I have never had the same workout twice. So there's no routine fatigue. As she has gotten to know my personal tough spots, she makes custom suggestions for stretches and exercises. She gives her clients personal attention and words of wisdom to keep us on track, motivated and feeling our awesomeness. Going to EWB has changed my relationship with my body. For the better!

  I love this gym! The classes are challenging but fun. Nicole is the best trainer I have ever worked with. She has helped me reduce pain in my hip flexors that were killing me. She is very knowledgeable and makes training fun. I would highly recommend her and her other trainers to anyone. Check it out!

  Nicole Grevelis is so passionate about what she does. I started seeing results after just a few weeks. The location is so convenient to my house. It is rare that you can go to a business and feel like you get really personalized service. She is so good at what she does. I love working out somewhere where you can tell the owner loves being there every day helping people. It is challenging in a good way. I will be a longtime client. Her prices are also very fair. I keep telling myself I have no excuse not to workout.

  I love Nicole and you will too! She is so well educated on health & nutrition, she comes up with so many new ideas for every class, and she never wastes time - your hour with her is packed, you're challenged and she pushes you. Her prices are soooo reasonable for what you get out of it. Try a class and you'll see the value.

  I simply love this boutique fitness studio! The quality of instruction that both Nicole and Karen offer is outstanding! The small size group fitness classes allows one to really learn, evolve and get strong the right way! The workouts are well designed, varied, high intensity and fun! I am also signed up for personal training sessions with Nicole and she is one heck of a fabulous trainer! She customizes each session based on my goals taking my strengths and weaknesses into account. The workouts are pretty challenging, which is what I was seeking. Nicole knows how to motivate me and push me! Between Karen's kettle bell classes and my sessions with Nicole, I already feel stronger inside out after just a month! Thank you very much EWB for helping me get healthier and stronger!
