  A great place to watch the sunset, fish and meet new folks. The restaurant on the pier is also worth a try. I usually get the cherizo (sp?)and eggs that come with fresh made tortilla chips. So good!

  Nice place to bring the family for a day at the beach. It can get crowded during the summer, especially on weekends. They have bathroom and outdoor showers at the south end of the parking lot. Expect to Wait for parking if you get there anytime in the early afternoon if the weather is nice.

  Fantastic place to walk, eat, or just people watch. Highly recommend stopping by for the weekly farmer's market (every Wednesday from 4p-8p). The park has quite the "free-love" gathering every Wednesday as well, it certainly makes the pharrell busy and fun to walk around.

  Surprisingly well controlled, diverse people but if anybody starts detract from others' experience there will be a large response to move them along. Hilariously large with many city departments involved...
  The nearby dog beach is a lot of fun if you have a well-behaved dog or just like dogs randomly running up to you as you walk in the water.
  Neither of the electric car chargers in the parking lot work.

  This beach is beautiful, you can find so many little crabs and sea creatures that the kids kids could observe. The walk out had the best restaurant with fish caught right outside at the beach! Its a wonderful place to take pictures or relax under the sun and swim.
