All of the instructors are so patient, insightful, and motivating that it's hard to leave without feeling uplifted and optimistic about the rest of your day. Anna, Elka, and the rest of the staff truly make this a special place of retreat and peace. I highly recommend to anyone who is ready to dig a little deeper and explore their inner selves.
