  I combined the Liliac valley, glider point, miners loop and trail for all people. I'd say the glider point trail is the most strenuous of all these trails.

  Fun trail that leads you up or down the mountain depending on which way you go. See picture for trails route. Seems dog friendly and the trail wasn't very packed except for a few mountain bikers which by the way looks like a fun trail for you types. As there isnt alot of hikers at least when I went.

  A very nice, and easy nature walk trail. There is ample parking, and the trail itself is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. There are many scenic vistas along with many informative signs posted next to local growing vegetation.

  Great hike. I went around 3 on a Friday so I only saw three other hikers. Amazing views.

  Fun hike. The plant signage was great. I wish there more. I'm hardly in shape and the route was perfect. Not too tough hot enough to get the heart going. I saw very few bikers and hikers. It was a slightly cloudy Sunday in November. Nice solitude.
