  By far the best customer service I have ever received in a phone store or anywhere for that matter. Jessica worked tirelessly to get our new account done correctly, despite some major setbacks from Customer Care. She responded to all my emails and texts on her days off, and followed up on everything, even when she didn't have to. She went well above the scope of her position. Julian the store manager was equally phenomenal; even the district manager got involved to be sure we got the best deal possible. This store is well managed, and you can tell it starts at the top. They made what could have been a very frustrating situation tolerable because of the customer service they provided, and should be well commended for such effort. I highly recommend this store.

  are T-Mobile representative Fadi was amazing patient kind very considerate able to relate to the issues went above and beyond to give us a great experience walked us through the process he spent over 40 minutes with us never ever seem to cause any issues FadiFmet and exceeded all my expectations I am happy to be part of the T-Mobile family and so grateful that he's part of the team it was an amazing experience based on a lot of sadness but he made it right and we thank him for that

  Nicholas effectively resolved our pain points and treated us very well at this location. He is great and knows his stuff and I thoroughly enjoy my time working with him. Highly recommend!!

  My experiences at this store have not always been great, but every single time that I work with Nicholas it always works out. He goes the extra mile to make sure that I walk out with everything I need, and he is hands down the best representative that I have worked with since going to this location. 5 stars all the way for Nicholas!
