  We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than John. We were first time home buyers so we were a little lost and didn’t really know what questions to even ask at first. John was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about making sure we’d be happy with our purchase. We were looking (and bought) in Rancho Penasquitos; an area John knew a lot about. Not only did John help us find the home, he increased our chances of actually getting our offer approved by providing additional details about us and our mortgage lender to the sellers. He was also on top of every step throughout the escrow process. We really put a lot of trust in him, which is scary for a first time buyer, but it all paid off. We couldn’t be happier and can’t give John enough praise. He really made the whole process run as smooth as possible, was always open and honest with us, and he clearly loves helping people find their dream home.

  We are so thankful to have had Adam as our trusted realtor to list and sell our home. Adam truly knows the local market and was able to confidently guide us in making the right decisions when listing our property. Then the showing process, it could have been difficult having two young children and still living in the property, but Adam communicated extremely effectively and we were able work with our schedule and accommodate all of the showing requests and open houses Adam scheduled for us which led to the sale of our property. Throughout the closing process again, Adam kept us informed and feeling confident each step of the way. We are so grateful for Adam, his knowledge, expertise and hard work allowing us to sell our home without complication. Thank you Adam for being a stand-up community member and our trusted realtor.

  I highly recommend Adam.
  He helped us to buy a home remotely in San diego Rancho penasquito s area while living in L.A.
  We had to move to San Diego due to wife’s new job offer while living in L.A for 10 years. We contacted Adam for one of his properties. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable of area, accessibility, demographics, transportation, future development, school district, rentability of the home, tax &HOA as well as offering us to work with a professional lender and escrow team.
  He contacted the city inspector and appraisal services to verify building report and latest info before the information became public regarding seller previous permitted construction work.
  Everything happened within a 25 day closing period including a long weekend that we landed our own home upon moving to San diego.
  He is a motivated experienced professional who gets things done in a timely manner.

  Adam and John Antinone did everything you could ask a realtor to do and more. They made every aspect of our home sale as smooth as possible. They know the market extremely well. Our house sold for a record amount for our model and we closed about 40 days after it was listed. I could not recommend them more highly!
