  When a pharmacy can openly confess that if the medication is not on hand that they can receive it in a day, or two is awesome.
  In my experience, I called several pharmacies that informed me that it would take two weeks to receive the same medication that this particular pharmacy ordered, and followed up with a phone call to verify that it would be available in the, "Two days," the pharmacist informed me that it would take.
  Now, in regards to rudeness on their part. I experienced a curt attitude from an individual one time. I stated, " Excuse me, but is it me, or are you generally this rude?" The individual apologized immediately, and I have seriously experienced the utmost professional interchange from all employees in this store.
  In actuality, after my first experience with the pharmacist seriously providing the medication in a timely manner as promised I changed all meds to this pharmacy.
  Hitherto, they have kept to this promise. Three days ago, the medication phoned in from our pulmonologist was not on hand that needed to be restarted. Guess who, "Provided it in two days," per the pharmaceutical promise of Osco drug?
  First, they called to inform me of the order. Then the caller apologized, that it wasn't on hand, and gave their promise that it would be available in the above time frame. A text message was received per that promise that the medication was available in the promised time frame; therefore, I will seriously continue my service with this pharmacy because they are truly awesome.

  How do you rate a pharmacy? Have they filled my scripts? Yes. On time? Yes. Are they friendly? Yes. If they were out (which has been once) did they direct me to a place that had what I needed in stock? Yes. What else is there? Their text message reminder system has been very useful.
