Very nice, clean & organized location. Friendly & helpful staff. I prefer this location over Stratford rd in Winston-Salem because it is easier access and much less traffic.
As a salon owner and stylist of a nearby salon I love having cosmo here in Salisbury!! It’s convenient. Non licensed stylists aka public personnel needs to realize this is for salon professionals ONLY !! Manager is awesome and I’m thankful she transferred from the concord location.
Nice, new location, fully stocked. Less crowded then the Concord, NC location without the worries if they have the product you are looking for. More knowledgeable staff at the Concord location, but they never have products on hand when needed.
