  We lost our mom and I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff at San Diego Funeral Service. They were all kind, compassionate and professional which made a very difficult time a little easier. Edna and Francisco walked my sisters, brother and I through everything from paperwork, procedure, to picking a casket and little details we wouldn’t have thought about. They gave us recommendations but did not push, they listened and respected our wishes. It’s not really something most of us think about but I would without a doubt use their services again should or when the need arises and I would definitely recommend them. Thank You for the kindness and sensitivity you all showed us.

  I was thinking of doing my arrangements and shopping around, looking at different funeral homes. I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by a man called Mr. Bobby. He put me at ease and Edna was very understanding and walked me through the decision process. Together these two employees taught me that the process doesn't have to be stressful but rather a time of celebration where a loved one will be honored.

  I bought my pre-need funeral plan and sementary plot from Edna, and I couldn’t have been more at ease. She explained the process in a clear manner and held my hand, figuratively, through the whole process. She also offers great support after the transaction, so I always feel I have a person I can come to with my funeral arrangement questions. It is evident that she enjoys her job and it shows. Thanks Edna!

  I lost my colleague to cancer. She will be missed. I want to personally thank San Diego Funeral Service for assisting her partner and family when they needed it the most. It was a short notice but Edna, from the San Diego Funeral Service, assisted them with no hesitation. The service was wonderful and made a sad moment, special and memorable. Thank you very much.
