Tommy has come to our rescue on two occasions--both which were last-minute calls. He was on time and called in advance to let me know what time he was planning to arrive. He fixed all of our problems, even a stubborn clogged drain, and explained what he was doing along the way. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. I definitely recommend his services and will continue to use him in the future.
