Wanted to make sure to leave a review, my recent experience at McDonalds was extra special for me. Usually you don't think of anything super special about going to McD's when you are hungry but the staff at the drive through were extraordinarily joyful and made my day! Should've got their names but heck, thank you for making me smile and getting my order perfect to a T! Keep goin, you're doin good!
Dropped by this am Thursday 10/13/22 waiting in a normal but quick moving line. When I got to the menu to order was greeted by a very friendly employee over the speaker. After ordering and pulling forward for payment again greeting by the employee I was more that impressed and satisfied from the level of customer service here. McDonald's is not somewhere I frequently visit but will say of all places I do customer service here is consistently better! Good job to the team and leadership responsible for recruiting and maintain the quality!!! Again this location specifically Thank You!
I’ll give it a 4 star considering it’s usually pretty good, if it were this particular time. 2 stars. but I’m just annoyed. When I say add pickle, I want more than one little slice. When I ask for heavy pickle, not just add pickle, but a lot of pickles and make that clear and end up with a singular slice of pickle, it annoys me to all hell. Chicken sandwich with heavy pickle is how I like it and how I asked for it. Ugh. Annoyed rant over.
Manuel was very helpful! Great customer service and you could tell he is there for the customer and I can honestly say he made the experience easier.
I never write reviews... but I must say that considering there was an angry customer in the store being disrespectful to the agent working at the store, as well as other customers such as myself, Manuel (the only one working at that moment) was able to keep his cool and handled the situation very professionally. I appreciated that he could manage to maintain calm. I would be confident in his Service as well as choosing to go that specific store for customer service issues in the future. Today at metro was great. I felt like I was the only. Customer the way I was treated there by Manuel and Elizabeth. Ironically I returned to this store in particular because I remember about a year and a half ago things had gone well. To my surprise, the original employee who helped me the first time and was why I returned, Gerardo was still working there. Good vibes.
