Jason Paterson is of the most positive, encouraging, and professional people I have ever met! His understanding of the human body, how it moves or should move has been incredibly beneficial to me as I am recovering from health issues. His motivation and compassion have given me the encouragement that I will get better. Also his gym is gorgeous!

A very inviting gym. Fun equipment and exceptionally clean. Every precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment. Jason is so encouraging that even when I feel like I can’t go on he’s always ready with a smile and an encouraging word.

My sessions with Jason have been outstanding! As a avid gym rat and fitness fanatic, I am pleasantly surprised every time I have a workout ran by Jason.
