  In an abrupt chain of events I ended up needing to store my belongings for much longer than anticipated, from August 5, 2017 to June 16, 2019 to be precise. To say that my experience was incredible would be an understatement. Kevin and Brian have been nothing but kind, understanding and caring while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I remained in communication with them with updates of when I anticipated moving out and they appreciated that a lot, which gave me piece of mind.
  Over and above the excellent customer service, my unit was clean and all my furniture is INTACT and in the same condition it was in when I moved in almost 2 years ago. That to me is impressive!! Thank you for everything!!!

  This place is top notch on service been going here since late 90's... 3 generations of my family store there stuff here. I really love how they treat my parents like family when they need help or have questions. Prices for storage tend to be middle of the road when I was comparing then to places on mira mar road and down in mission valley but make up for it service wise

  As a frequent visitor and user of this storage facility, it has always, without exception, been a pleasant experience for myself and my wife. Kevin and Brian are each extremely personable, courteous and easy to work with. They are both eager to serve and very helpful, and they do an excellent job of maintaining the storage facility.

  I've had storage units all over San Diego and storage west was by far the best. Kevin and Brian are awesome! They helped us pick out a unit that would accommodate our needs. They were very helpful, kind and informative. I am very happy with their customer service. The units here are very nice and clean. Right off the freeway so it's easy to get to. Access in and out of my unit was a breeze and pretty affordable for the area. Overall, I would recommend this place.
