  My heating went out and I was set up with Express via my home warranty company. I placed my claim on a Friday and was told I'd be contacted within the next business day, so I assumed I wouldn't hear anything until Monday. Express called me on Saturday and set up an appointment for Monday! Their tech Ryan called me to let me know he was on his way and showed up well within the time window I was told. Ryan was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and now I'm sitting in a nice, warm house!

  Such a great experience with this company. The water heater was broken and they worked so hard to make sure me and family wont survive with cold water which was nice and thoughtful and rare!
  I thank you all for being very nice and good in what you do! Mark is an amazing technician who cares a lot. He is very honest, professional and a great human being! Thank you all

  Amazing! Such a professional, caring people working in this company which is rare these days! Very rare ...
  Living with cold water with 2 babies and a husband in the hospital is very hard, But this wonderful people made it happen for me! Where can I start? From the receptionist? Who worked with me with my tough schedule? Mark the technician who communicated with me every minute so I could make sure someone is there! Then the managers call at the time of the payment to make sure all is well! Thank you for being so different! I called 4 different companies and none of them worked with me the way you did. I will recommend you to all my family and friends and will come back to you in every need. Thank you and Thank you

  Would like to thank Express Plumbing for sending out Benjamin today to replace my broken garbage disposal. I really appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and his dedication to customer satisfaction! He took extra time to ensure he had the right parts for the job and didn’t leave me with having to dispose replaced parts!! Thank you Benjamin for great service!

We have an extended home warranty and they set us up with express plumbing Scheduled for 12-4pm which as everyone knows is a pain in the ass. Tech calls at 11:20 say he'll be there in 30. Shows up in 20 and left since no one was there yet.
