One of the best gym classes I've been to!! Amazing trainers and a really good facility. Smaller class groups help in getting on one attention from the trainers, leading to a good workout!
The trainers encourage you throughout workouts. Danny has set aside time to talk about setting goals. I have been going for about 4 1/2 years. I have lost 17 1bs since I have started. I did not do the challenge but my husband did. He lost 22 lbs in the challenge.

I was skeptical even after I heard first-hand reviews about this place, but, once I joined Fitmo and took up the challenge, its even better than all the positive reviews I heard before. I would definitely recommend this place. Made good friends too!

The best personal gym I have heard or been to yet. I joined the gym and started their 20 lb. 6 week challenge. It has been a fun journey and I am excited to say that I lost the 20 lbs. If you can follow directions and really want to lose the weight and get fit, you can do it. Besides that the coaches are great and encouraging and always available if you have question, are tempted or need some motivation. I definitely recommend checking this gym out and their programs to anyone who is SERIOUS about losing weight and getting healthy.
