    Low Rate Appliance Repair did an amazing job repairing my Thermador 48-inch side by side Refrigerator. I will use this company for all my appliance needs from now on. In January 2019, I noticed my refrigerator was not keeping the food cold and my freezer items were not frozen. I called my regular appliance company and the quote to fix the appliance was for $4,500 with 1-week lead time on parts. I then called Low Rate Appliance Repair. Leo came out that same day and quoted my $2,200 and told me the job would require 3-4 hours to complete. I paid him $2,200 up front and he started to work on my job immediately. The job was completed in 4 hours, and then Leo handed me an invoice with a 1-year warranty. The refrigerator worked great. It was keeping the refrigerator and freezer temperatures at the proper levels.

    Now fast forward 9 months. The same problem came back. I called Low Rate Appliance Repair and explained the issue. They sent Leo back to diagnose the problem the same day within 3 hours. The problem was partially related to original issue back in January 2019, and partially related to new issue. However, Low Rate Appliance Repair honored my warranty and fixed the refrigerator again with no extra cost.

    I would highly recommend Low Rate Appliance Repair. This company has very high integrity, excellent workmanship, and they are very dependable. The price is very fair given the expertise and knowledge required to fix complicated appliances.

    I had my refrigerator repaired by Low Rates Appliance company. Very pleased with the service. Technician arrived an hour after I contacted them. Dispatcher was very polite and curious. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I just spend $180 and my fridge working again. Thank you guys! Good job! I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

    THOROUGHNESS, TIMELINESS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY:
    my refrigerator/freezer was not working. Ice cream melted and the other items were partially thawed before i realized what happened. I called the company and they came out the same day. The fridge needed a new part. They got it the next day, returned, and fixed the problem. Good service, fine work! Thank you Low Rates!
