  As a long time customer with Allstate and this office, I have to say that Jordie and Dee are the best in the business! I was recently in an auto accident and the at fault drivers insurance company were giving me the run around and using every delay tactic in the book to not move the claim along. I called Jordie's office and spoke with Dee who was more than amazing. She gathered all the needed information, spoke to the right people and within a few hours the claim was settled. Dee fought for my rights all the way. Jordie and Dee are true professionals and I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. They are honest and ethical and truly are looking out for their client's best interest. Thank you Dee, for making a very stressful situation vanish!
