I came in not knowing what to expect, & ended up learning what it's going to mean for me to unlearn what's been programmed for so long.
The deepness of the breath I was able to access during our first session was not fleeting - I've been flexing my lungs for days & cannot get over the fact that I feel air touching parts of me that I didn't think it could.

My fiance and I first met Cassie at the San Diego Yoga Festival where she did a short reiki session on my fiance. He was so moved by his short experience with Cassie that I recently booked a session with her. I came to Cassie with a lot of anxiety, stomach issues for 2 months, and just feeling completely off and unlike my normal self.
