Yearly 17 of us (for now - one on way) take a family trip to spend time together and make memories. This was our 50th Anniversary and we could not have chosen a more delightful, exciting, breath-taking spot. Briefly about the home. It was perfect for our size, had more than enough of everything to make ourselves at home, a great pool and hot tub, games, toys and even buckets for the beach. This place was perfect!
From beginning, booking with Jan to end - dealing with Joseph. He was kind (helped us check in a bit early) thoughtful (showed me how to find the golf channel) and responsive - We only had to communicate twice for small things and he immediately got back to us and help us figure out our issue.
Our experience could not have been better and we will definitely book with them again if our adventures head down this way.

(July 1, 2019, 11:22 pm)I spent hours looking though AirBNB and VRBO to find a special property for our week long family vacation. There was nothing that really wowed me for less than an outrageous amount of money. I stumbled upon Jan at Cal Vacation Homes, who found me an amazing villa in San Diego with just a couple of days notice. It was a great deal and an exceptional property (stunning views, clean and fully stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances and utensils). It truly made the family vacation extra special.
The owner of the company Joseph was there to check us in late evening and was kind enough to arrange a high chair for our infant. He was also came by within a couple of hours with a handyman when we called a couple of days later for a small bath sink issue.
Definitely give them a ring if you’re looking for a vacation rental in San Diego. You won’t regret it.
