  My experience has been a roller-coaster; at the beginning I was very excited, specially after completing the tour, everybody seemed enjoying the complex and having a good time, the apartment I was shown was in very good shape. However, after applying, I took over an apartment that had a pest issue (roaches), and found a few dead roaches around the kitchen and the smell of chemicals and dog was overwhelming, so I was freaking out because I wanted to live in a place where I could call home, and that was not the place.
  The manager was on vacation, but I was able to receive help from the staff and at the end, I took over a different unit which was in good condition. I would had given the 5 stars if the first unit would be in good condition, even though the staff was amazing in making it up because of the issue, I cannot give the 5 starts because this should not have happened in the first place.
  I am satisfied with the new unit and excited for being part of this new community.

  Maintenance is typically same day requested. Front office staff is always welcoming and knows me by name. Community is large for small walks with infant baby. Like onsite security for peace of mind during day and night as a deterrent for people who do not belong in the community. Grounds well maintained. Updated interiors for newer residents. Every apartment has different features.

  The best place we've lived. Great community events, family child friendly. Beautiful scenery. Amenities are top notch. This place has it all; Gym, pool, playground, rec room, clubhouse, excellent rental to have a party or friendly get together. Warm and inviting Staff is friendly and personable. Staff and Maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues that may arise.

  So far - we have had the best experience living here. We needed a light fixed and got maintenance help right away. The people are friendly, and we love all the flexibility. BUT nothing compares to the service we received from our lease manager Jeremy. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, and really knows the area, and needs for different families. We relocated from the east coast and he was such a pleasure to work with.

  Best place I’ve ever lived at. Comfortable living space, we have a pool, a gym and we’re so close to work and all the stores that we love around here. The highway is within walking distance so it’s really easy to get around the city. We have a park for kids and they just love it so much. Tierrasanta it’s perfect for families.
