  Great service with the team! I went it for a cleaning and the staff was accommodating. Valerie was very easy going and helpful on my plan for the day. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a brighter smile!

  I experienced an extreme facial trauma and lost several teeth in a fall during the night. The next morning the search for an emergency dentist was complicated. Once I found Gentle Dental Sorrento Valley, the complexity and confusion were alleviated.
  
  They got me into the office ASAP to assess the damage and begin a plan of treatment. Dr. Negrete was extraordinarily informative when laying out my options and open about what could/could not be done in the office.
  
  At most dental offices, this would be the end of it... You'd get a referral to an oral surgeon and that would be that. Not at Gentle Dental. The staff called around to local oral surgeons to see which ones could re-implant teeth and get me in that day. It turned out that re-implanting wasn't possible, but getting in that day got me well on the road to recovery.
  
  Dr. Negrete, Valerie, Ko, Leslie, and Mirabelle went above and beyond the call of duty... And their bedside manner was phenomenal. Going to the dentist is often traumatic for me, and going in with these injuries was especially problematic. Their bedside manner was perfect, though, and I felt comfortable, engaged, and informed during the whole visit. They really care about the well-being of the patients and worked with me at every stage to make sure I got everything I needed. It's refreshing and they've beyond earned my business on a continuing basis.
  
  This is now my new dental office and I couldn't be happier. It's the first time I've ever felt excited about getting a dentist. They were a bright ray of sunshine in what was a very dark time for me, and I simply cannot sing their praises loudly enough.

  Just an excellent place, great staff. I've been going for 6 years. As much as I hate dental work, I always look forward to my visits there!
