Not only is it the best cryo unit money can buy, the most efficient regeneration modality there is but more importantly the owner and staff are excited to work with new clients to get them feeling the best they can feel. (June 19, 2019, 6:05 pm)I was super sore from working out 3 days in a row and thought i would give it a shot. 3 minutes later I the tightness and soreness was gone. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had music inside which was a nice touch. They played ACDC's Thunderstruck for me which helped strive through the extreme cold. Definitely recommendable!
