  I came in on a busy Saturday with an appointment to get my eyes checked. I was assisted by Dakota, who was friendly and informative when explaining how the pre-testing machines worked, and helped me understand how they worked. She also helped me pick my lenses and shaped them for me to make them comfortable. Danny and Crystal also provided great input on my frames when I couldn't decide. This was my first visit to LensCrafters, and I loved that I could go to my appointment, pick out some frames, go get some lunch and my glasses are ready to be picked up! I'll probably be returning to look into contacts, but I enjoyed the selection of frames they offered as well. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience!

  Dr. Shapiro is amazing, nice guy and great sense of humor. Very professional and made my 11 year old daughter and myself feel very comfortable. The exam was quick and painless.
  -Danny the sales rep was equally just as amazing and great customer service. It was an awesome experience.

  My first time at a LensCrafters and they were helpful, informative and wanted to make sure I received the best of care. There were a couple of people that helped me. I didn't catch one of the girls names but she initially gave me the tests and she helped me understand what each device does. Dr
  Shapiro gave me a better understanding on what would fit my needs to adjust my vision. When it came time to figuring out what glasses I wanted, Christina (or Kristina... sorry) was the best! She helped me find all the purple frames that I liked and got it down to one. Everyone at this location gave me a great experience! Can't wait for my next visit!
