I showed her what I wanted and she told me that wouldn't work for my hair and actually gave me a cut that's much better than what I asked for. She styled my hair and gave me so many layers. Not only that, but a lady that she helped before me walked out with beautifully cut and colored hair. Crystal gave this lady perfect silver color. She's really the best!
