Joel Friedman is all of these things and more. With these attributes alone, he would be the only person I would what representing a friend or family member. The truth is these are just a fraction of what makes him amazing. He is constantly staying in contact and making sure to addressing any questions, concerns, or “google induced” fears. He was always was always well prepared (which gave me confidence), but also warm, kind, and approachable (which provided my wife with a huge sense of relief). His pricing is beyond fair. This isn’t an isolated case either. Friends of ours required his a few years ago. When they heard that we were doing research into who would provide the best representation, they were adamant that we needed to at least meet with him before we made our final decision. After our initial meeting we knew that our friends were completely accurate in their description of him. “We ordered a chowder bread bowl, steamed clams, and crab cakes. For two people to share, this was a great amount of food for lunch. The crab cakes were very tasty and were served with a refreshing small salad on the side. Lots of crab meat and not too much filler. The steamed clams were my favorite! The broth was light and garlicky - I ended up just sipping it with a spoon it was so addicting! The clam chowder was perfectly thick, but had a bacon-y note which I didn't love. Bacon has no place in chowder! However, the sourdough bread bowl was lovely.”

“I lived in the Mississippi Apartments for 6 months. The apartment was a good home for me. There are several reasons. First, Liz is a very good Property Manager. She was always professional, responsive and easy to talk to. Second, maintenance at the Mississippi was very good. They always kept their word when they would come over. Third, the apartment had modern amenities. These apartments were probably built decades ago. However, management apparently cares to modernize the interior of the apartments to fit with 21st century style living which is cool. Fourth, my neighbors were good people. They were friendly without being nosy/annoying. The noise level was also good. Everything is quiet after 8-9 pm.”
