They were polite, professional, and even held my rug a few extra days, while I had my hard wood floors professionally cleaned, so it would be out of the way! I highly recommend this company. I was very happy with the care that was given to my beautiful rug. And the price, for this size!!! Don't get me started.... other companies were quoting me half, or more than half of my total rent. They go paperless so I could conveniently file the paperwork with e-sign and pay very affordable price for the first month and they waved many fees as a courtesy to the new customers.
