“The room was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when we got there we asked about a later check out since it was 12 AM and they said they can do 12 PM. When we woke up and asked the front desk about the check out they said 11 : 30 was the best they can do. I know it's only 30 minutes but when you have kids and now have to rush to get everything ready it's a hassle. The other thing is how much money is put on hold, it was 100.13 for the room 100 reservation fee that is put on hold and another 100 for a deposit that is also put on hold. That's 300 dollars up front to stay 1 night. Overall it is a very nice hotel with clean rooms.”

My ackages are stored neatly in one area so when I come in it is FAST service, and Quality service. ALL the employees are well trained and are Very patient with me when I’m very stressed.
