Rating badges, rockers and services stripes are done while you wait, name taps and alteration tend to take longer depending who is working. Dry cleaning and pressing can be done same day if you get there early. If not its next day. The only down side is they are no longer open on Saturdays. But still I love this place.”

Great service, very competitive, great selection, everything you could want in a flooring provider. We shopped around quite a bit and spoke to a dozen different flooring places and Brenda made sure that they were always competitive and she was truly an absolute pleasure to work with. A lot of people in the contracting industry can be a bit flat and somewhat unhelpful. For us this was our first time doing a big renovation and Brenda's personable nature was very meaningful to us as part of our experience throughout the process and a big reason we chose to go here, as well as the competitive pricing. “If I could give more than five stars I would. On 5/16 I was driving from Oregon to Arizona as I was moving. I had just got my brakes done a month ago and paid around $800 at Les Schwab thinking they did everything. On my way to Arizona my brakes went out and I could not stop my car whatsoever. I had to pull into a parking lot and continuously use the e brake to slow down. My gf and dog were in the car so it could have ended really badly. It was a Sunday so over 98% of shops were closed and it was starting to get dark out. I looked on google and found this place. I called them up and explained what was going on but was not sure what the problem was since I’m not a car guy. They still sent out someone to come take a look at it. The mechanic who came out was named Layth and he was super friendly. He came out and looked at the car and turns out the previous car place did not bleed my brakes or add any brake fluid although they charged me for it! I could not believe it. Layth gave me a quote and started working on my car. He was super friendly and made us feel safe as well all the time. I even offered to give him a tip because he did so well and he did not take it. I could not believe it this guy was genuinely concerned for our safety and just wanted us to get to our destination safe. If management reads this they need to give him praise! He even came on his day off. This guy did amazing and I have nothing but positive things to say!”

“I really thought I was going to have to replace my carpets since they were trashed by the previous tenant. I didn’t even want to sit on the floor ever, something I truly enjoy doing for some odd reason. After Peninsula Carpet Care I can feel fine sitting on the floor, I don’t look at my carpets and so “Ew gross”, anymore. They’re absolutely beautiful. I’m sure some stains may come back, but I think I will get them to come back in 6 months. I’m really truly happy with them, and they were so fast too.”

“I’ve lived at alberts since 2013 and have spent some time at each building. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff here and whenever I’ve needed a repair or assistance they always get back to me rather quickly. The only negative points I have are the other people who live here and don’t pick up after themselves but hey your going to deal with that no matter where you go. I haven’t had any bug issues on my end like some others have mentioned either. Overall I have had a good time living here; it’s dog friendly, free gym membership, close to campus, good location, and friendly staff.”

“A few years ago, our remote control that operates our home theater system was no longer working. The folks who installed our system in 2005 were long out of business. I was so lucky to find Seth and Aire Theater who walked me through options and re-programmed everything for us. Any time we have a glitch (usually it's due to our cable provider), Seth has been there for us very quickly helping me troubleshoot, as recently as yesterday, he called after he had left the office and his suggestion did the fix. Highly recommend them.”

Yesterday I was helped by a very nice and helpful young man named Reagan and eventually the other employees including the manager helped me too. I was treated like royalty. The manager offered me some water and a chair when I had a little bit of a wait. I was also given a discount because of it. I walked away with a sweet deal on a desktop computer.
