Walter, I love your company and its customer service! I have never left Bicycle Warehouse and felt disappointed. Selection, pricing, and the helpful staff you employ will always keeping me coming back. This last time was in your San Marcos location. Mason is an amazing representative for your business! Give that young man a raise, promotion, and anything that keeps him as a face for BW. I own a business too. Employees are like customers, it is easier to keep a good customer than find a new one.

Walter is the best!! I've gotten two e-bikes (with accessories) from Bicycle Warehouse, and the service has always been exemplary. I've never bought a bike anywhere before, so this was a superb experience for a first-timer. Will for sure stay with Bicycle Warehouse for all my bicycle needs. Highly, highly recommend!

Walter helped me find the perfect bike based on what I was looking for. He was very attentive and supportive with my options and concerns. It was a long day of riding different bikes since it is a larger financial commitment. I would highly recommend this location for your biking needs.
